I had used Megaflowers twice before to send my wife flowers in Moscow with no problems, but Valentine's Day was a completely different experience. After paying extra for the arrangement because it was a Valentine's Day delivery, my wife never received a call on the 14th. I received an email at 00:25 15February Moscow time *falsely* claiming that my flowers had been delivered. My wife didn't receive a call until around 10:30 15February, and the flowers were not delivered until around 12:00 15February. When my wife asked why the flowers were a day late, the delivery guy had the audacity to tell her "please do not call and complain!" The Megaflowers website claims a "100% Refund Guarantee," but they have so far refused to answer the two emails I sent to firstname.lastname@example.org on 14/15February. My order was #24344.

really awful for valentines day, they lost the order and already have 7 hours late but don't try to do anything to help solving that problem, even after many call to them

A courier could not deliver the order because Anastasia's number was not correct enough. As soon as we got correct number, the order was successfully delivered. Please, sorry once again that there was no any warning about exact time delivery on our website on Valentine's Day! Promise me by photos and they didn't took it on the delivery moment !! And the price was very expensive more than any another website. In then no photos !!
